Christian in IT field

Recently one of the relatively high profile Christian in IT field is Mr Michael Meeks. He is a researcher in Novell doing full time work about the office suite OpenOffice.org. His blog appeals to me because it tells about how a committed Christian trusts in Christ and strifes for a balanced life about family (he has a wife and a baby girl), work, prayer life, Bible study, social life, service, etc.

I do not want to view him as a model or say that he is very good but instead appreciate that there is an IT guy out there who does his job well and has the gut to claim that Christ is his Lord in a field with plenty of faith-hostile people.
