從 '飯tastic' 到 'un 頂 able' : 語言破壞
最近漢堡包店推出有飯包, 廣告商大概自以為懂玩文字遊戲, 便有'飯 tastic'一詞. 中國人, 英, 美語人士不知是何事. 學生貪玩跟風, 己不是中英混合, 而是中英融合, 語言破壞.
英文不是想像的難, 自以為是才是大問題.
語言破壞的後果不只是增加溝通困難, 更威脅文化的傳承.
'un 頂 able' 可真是 intolerable!

Anyway, it is a concern for us who knows exactly where the pun comes from. What I am afraid of is that those we fear might be harmed by this actually don't know the original word/phrase...
There have been a lot of playing with the Chinese idioms, 成語 etc in the ads. I am worried that people take the pun version instead of the proper version, and write with them. This is another source of 寫白字...
